There are 2 steps that must be performed.

Step 1 -

Step 2 -
After you submit the info - come back to this page and click the PayPal
button to make the $20 Mazda Pin Calculator payment.  This will bring
you to PayPal's website for a secure transaction.

Step 2 - Pay with secure transaction from PayPal

You will be sent an email with your PIN Code within 2 hours if
submitted during normal hours of operation. You can submit your
request at any time, 24 hours a day, you will receive the calculation
once we open up!

Here are the hours of operation:
Mon - Fri 9am to 8pm - Pacific Time Zone
Sat - Sun 12pm to 5pm - Pacific Time Zone

Here are the rules: Read them!
a) The is only open to CodeSeeker, MVP & TCode owners.

b) You must supply your Tester Serial Number and contact
information.  If the form is not filled out completely your request will
be denied and any monies returned.

c) We reserve the right to refuse service of the Calculator to anyone
for any reason.

d) Any suggestion of illegal use or use not authorized by the owner
of the vehicle may result in our notification to the proper authorities
and your contact information turned over to them along with any IP
location that may be available.

e) We can only Calculate the Mazda Immo Box serial number into a
PIN code, if the immobilizer parts or  Powertrain Control Module has
been replaced we will not be able to Calculate the new PIN, only the
original one that was sold when the vehicle was new.  

You are charged for the Calculation whether it works on the vehicle
or not, since we have no way of knowing what might have been
replaced on the vehicle.
